Margaret Finch - Solicitor & Director

Margaret qualified as a solicitor in 1993 and has exclusively practised in immigration and asylum law. Prior to studying law she did an English Literature degree at Cambridge University and worked abroad for several years. She was a founding partner of TRP in 2003. Margaret has a strong reputation for her ability to turn around unusual and difficult cases and for the quality of her client care. Margaret is accredited at the Advanced Level (3) of the Law Society’s Asylum and Immigration Accreditation Scheme and is recognised as a ‘Leading Individual’ in the Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession.
